We understand that choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as a parent. Our admissions team is here to make that process welcoming and personal every step of the way. Rolling Admissions
The Haykazunyadz Admissions Department is excited to work with you and your family as you begin the enrollment process for the upcoming school year. We look forward to guiding you every step of the way and making the experience simple, personal, and welcoming.

Waitlist
If there isn’t immediate availability for your child, their name will be placed on our waitlist. As soon as a spot opens, we’ll contact you to confirm interest and move forward with the next steps. Please note that being on the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment.
Application Process
Step 1: Schedule a Tour
To schedule a tour, parents may call our office or submit an inquiry online to request a call. Once we confirm availability for your child’s age group, we’ll schedule a private tour of the campus you’re interested in. Tours are offered throughout the week and provide families an opportunity to meet our team, visit classrooms, and experience the Haykazunyadz environment in person.
Step 2: Submit an Application
After your tour, if you wish to move forward with the admissions process, we will invite you to complete and submit a school application. Applications can be completed online or printed from our website under the “Admissions” tab. You may also stop by the school office to pick up a paper copy.
Step 3: Evaluation & Testing *Kindergarten–6th Grade Only
Applicants for Kindergarten through 6th Grade will be scheduled for a brief evaluation. During this visit, your child will spend approximately 30 minutes working one-on-one with one of our teachers. This allows us to better understand your child’s learning style and readiness.
Step 4: Final Steps – Document Submission & Registration Fee
Families will be asked to submit required enrollment documents and complete the one-time registration fee payment to secure their child’s spot. A start date will be assigned once the fee has been paid.
