EXCELLENTVerified This preschool definitely speaks values. My kids absolutely love this Christian preschool. They can't wait to go every day! They both used to be picky eaters, but thanks to the staff's patience and creativity, they've completely turned around. The school also helped potty train them, which was a huge milestone for us. The teachers are kind, attentive, and truly care about the kids. We're so grateful for the loving, faith-based environment they provide! This is the best choice I could have ever made. My kids have learned so much and the teachers are all so nice and educated. They make sure your child feels safe and loved. They spend time with each and every child individually. My girls don't want to leave school because they love their teachers so much. It is a very hard decision choosing a school but from my 3 years of experience I have only experienced positive results. For me not only is education key but also what my children will be eating. Everyday they get 3 fresh home cooked meals. I highly recommend this school!!!Posted onVerified My daughter has been attending this school for over 5 years. She is excited to go to school every day and see her teachers. Her Armenian language has improved greatly since attending Haykazunyadz. The school continues to invest year after year brining in new programs. They have Art, Chess, Dance, musical instruments etc. The staff and administration really seem to care for each student. I had few of my friends who took their kids here and spoke so highly about them so I knew I had to check them out. My son has been with me 24/7 since he was born so he was definitely dealing with some attachment issues. I thought it would be so hard for him to adjust but he adapted so quick. I scheduled a tour of the school and met with Mrs. Satenik Ter-Grigoryan, the executive director. She was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt at ease with her during the tour. I toured the campus at the North Hollywood location where my son started back in August. I thought starting him at 2 1/2 years old was too soon but she reassured me that they excel the sooner you enroll them. I love the fact that they have a uniform policy, they're a Christian Armenian school and focus on childhood education so early on. It's been barely 4 months and I have seen great improvement in Evin's manner, education and social skills. They also provide meals throughout the day that my son raves about. I never have to worry about him staying hungry or thirsty. I am so pleased with their staff WOW. The group of teachers they hired are all soooooo sweet, informative, patient, loving I mean I can go on and on. Anytime I have any concerns I message Paron Arman or Mrs. Knarik and they address all my questions and update me with some pictures of my son. Also can we talk about the numerous activities they provide for the students and the event packed days. They've had disco days, harvest days, pizza making day, character entertainment, jumpers during summer, the list goes on. They value your kids and us parents so much that it's evident with every pick up and drop offs, informative emails, or even small in person conversations. I attended my first mommy and me event for Christmas and I was so pleased with how much attentiveness each staff member showed. You can really tell the amount of effort they put in and the love they have for your kids. The foundation here is very strong and I truly love this school and wish them endless success! I'm a former preschool teacher's assistant, (I helped teach children from one and a half to 6 years of age in the past) and this school checks all of my boxes in the best ways possible The directors all remember the kids' names and take care to make sure each child feels loved. Mr. Pirijanyan And Mrs.Ter-Grigoryan the directors of Little Haykazunyadz preschool and Haykazunyadz preschool Both are phenomenal. and warm, personable, patient, and knowledgeable both know my child's name and says hello to him whenever when walks by, greeting him by his name. The administrators are super wonderful, and accessible. Unlike some other schools, it is not difficult to reach the administrators directly to schedule a meeting and discuss questions/concerns. Mrs. Injejikian, the office administrator, is phenomenal. She is also warm, personable, patient, and knowledgeable. She is always happy to answer any questions that any parents have, no matter how many times we may have asked them in the past. I always feel heard when speaking with any of the staff members, and she made the application process for my son seamless. I've also talked to Mrs. Ter-Grigoryan, Mrs. Injejikian and Mr. Pirijanyan casually while waiting around to pick up my son and at school events, and they are a pleasure to speak to along with all their other staff, members and teachers. Teachers and curriculum - I love all the teachers here, and I think the educational rigor is unparalleled by anything else I have seen. All of the classroom teachers are phenomenal and, as a former teachers assistant, I can appreciate their skill + dedication to the children and their craft. They are so good at their jobs. They are attentive, warm, caring, and loving. They create thoughtful, engaging, and directed activities that provide the children an opportunity to learn in a fun way. Thanks to the teachers and the wonderful curriculum employed at Haykazunyadz preschool, my son is in the ladybug, program. And I really love that they teach English and Armenian at the school. The facility is clean and very spacious. I love how they provide, fresh daily made Healthy meals and snacks every day. along with, each month they celebrate all the kid's birthdays, and they do something special for them. The hallways are decorated for the holidays, and the decorations inside and outside the classroom year-round are phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with Haykazunyadz preschool, and its staff!Posted onVerified My two year old started 2 weeks ago, I don't know where to begin on how amazing the management was on helping me with everything, especially helping me with my CCRC application, they made my son feel welcome and he had a great experience with his big transition from home to a school, if I can give 100 stars I would.
